In addition, the team could adapt better to the many challenges that developed during the start and height of the global pandemic because of their previous experience working through one of the most challenging periods for residents of the United States.

In addition to the company’s achievements, Eduardo G. Perez Jr. has earned awards for his knowledge, collaboration efforts, and productivity. His name is displayed on the 40 Most Influential Mortgage Professional Under 40 in National Mortgage Professionals Magazine. As a Certified Mortgage Banker, he sat on the NAHREP’s Corporate Board of Governors and received the title of Chairman of NAHREP in 2021.
