Upper West Side, Manhattan (WABC)-Actress Lisa Baines died in a scooter attack on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. She was 65 years old.
Her spokeswoman, David Williams, said: She was a woman with a great spirit, kindness and generosity, devoting her work to her work on stage, in front of the camera, and even to her wife, family and friends. It was fortunate for us that she was in our lives. “
Baines was attacked by a scooter around 7:30 pm on June 4th Located at the intersection of Amsterdam Avenue and West 64th Street on the Upper West Side.
According to Williams, the actress crossed Amsterdam Avenue on her way to her school, The Juilliard School.
They say the scooter driver has escaped from the scene. There were no arrests.
Williams said Bain was taken to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital for treatment of a “serious injury.”
Baines has appeared in numerous television shows and films, including a supporting role in “Gone Girl” starring Ben Affleck in 2014 and “Cocktail” with Tom Cruise in 1988.
On television, she has played roles in “Nashville,” “Madam Secretary,” “Masters of Sex,” and “NCIS.”
