On September 1, Customs and Border Protection agents confiscated a package addressed from Canada and bound for Palm City at a facility in Memphis, according to the arrest report. Vitamins, massage oil, and a T-shirt were listed on the package’s manifest. However, a search of the shipment uncovered several vials and packets of factory-sealed and labeled steroids and other medications.
