The Frat boy has been accused of rape and sexual charges. According to a source, he raped a female student at the fraternity party on the UNL premises.
His actions spread quickly through social media, which led to thousands of protesters in front of the fraternity house. They chanted slogans such as ‘No means No’ and demanded the University to close the fraternity.

Max Helm is a member of Phi Gamma Delta, also known as Fiji. It is a social fraternity with more than 144 active chapters and 10 colonies across the United States and Canada.
Max was a part of the Phi Gamma Delta at the University of Nebraska Lincoln. However, his actions brought dishonor to the whole fraternity, and they should take serious actions against the culprits.
He has been accused of sexual assault before. But this time, it has been brought up to the light and spread like wildfire on the internet. People came together to stand together against the culprit.
It was not the first time these things happened. Phi Gamma Delta at UNL was suspended in 2017 with a similar case. The members of the fraternity harassed Women’s March protesters.

Max was a member of Lincoln Nebraska Fraternity and has been accused of rape and sexual assault. He raped a woman during the Frat party at UNL premises.

Regarding the victim, she was only 17 years old and still a minor. She is currently at a nearby hospital, and her identity has been protected for safety reasons.

As a result, the University of Nebraska Lincoln fraternity has been temporarily suspended. The Phi Gamma Delta at UNL is currently under probation for university violation. Protesters chanted ‘no means no’ and demanded the University to shut down Fiji.
Similarly, a petition was started against the fraternity where 280,302 people have already signed it.
