Lance is a former district superintendent of the Katy Independent School District. His dissertation got removed from the University of Houston’s archival after plagiarism was found in his work.
Further Investigations have revealed his violent nature during his Junior high school days. He was accused of bullying Greg Barrett, his former classmate, at 18 years of age.

In 2020, a complaint got registered at the University of Houston against Lance’s doctorate dissertations. A major portion of his 2012 doctoral dissertations matched to a work submitted just four years earlier.
Furthermore, his dissertations immediately got removed from Houston’s online archives. A spokesperson from the University of Houston stated that his dissertations were removed following the University Guidelines.
In 2018, several reports regarding Lance’s bullying nature got disclosed in the media. His former classmate, Greg Barrett, stepped up sharing how Lance was hard on him during his high school days. There was also a video leaked on the Internet that captured Lance making fun of Barrett which was followed by laughter in the background.

According to Dallas News, his departure from his position as Allen ISD’s superintendent cost the US Government $1.3 million.
Moreover, there have been no reports on his current whereabouts. The public media haven’t been able to trace his location so far.
